The staff are excellent from the grocery store, check-in and restraints. Your establishment is fortunate to employ highly skilled people, who are polite and service first mentality dealing with customers. Exceptional employees. My sister and I had a wonderful time and cherish our visit with family who also stayed at your property. Thank you all. Monica & Veronica

Lovely spot for a short getaway. Would recommend for anyone who is new to Napa valley. I wish the bars opened a little bit earlier than 2 pm and check in wasn’t so late (4pm).

Exceptional property and customer service. Walking the vineyard was a plus. The resort had literally everything on-site.

An additional way to checkin....Touchless Check-in!!! It would help manage the rush of arriving guests. I waited in line about 30 minutes to check -in. Yes, they were that busy...it's pretty impressive for check-in to start at 4pm, you arrive at 5pm and have to wait in line for 30 minutes because there were many others who arrived, too. The hotel is beautiful and worth it!

Bathroom had small bugs crawling around, elevator didn’t work near me so had to go across building, was told I’d have a vineyard view but put me in a room with no vineyard view. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again

Room was clean, however if you stay in the Bordeaux villa the lounge is downstairs and you will be woken up by people wanting to talk outside after it closes. I had to call the front desk as the other guests would not leave. I didn’t like they had no activities available but overall the room was comfortable the resort was clean and not major complaints.
