This is my 3rd hyatt hotel and for some reason I notice the cleaner is not very good in cleaning…I tried to check in at 10am and just pay for the early check in because there is no available room that i want but they have available room if i pay extra😅. I have friend coming overseas so I dont have a choice but just pay for early check in but when we got to the room the sink counter is not properly cleaned. Smells so bad inside. I went to the lobby and told the fromt desk to change my room because I cant really stay there. I paid for $300 plus for 1 night and im not getting what I paid for so I really told her I need her to give me a clean room. I have a high expectation when its hyatt but since this is my 3rd hyatt hotel I checked in i guess im wrong.

This is hotel is a hidden gem. The front desk young man was very professional and super friendly. The rooms are excellent- clean, quiet and extremely nice and modern.

The room we had was 2 double beds and a separate living room. Room was very spacious for a family of 5. The lobby was nice and clean, quiet, and smelled great. The pool area was clean and quiet. A great stay. Will stay again.

TV didn’t work so well in bedroom but it worked in the lounge area of the hotel room. I loved how friendly the staff was and how spacious and homey the room was. Would definitely stay here again.
