Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent and we had an amazing time. Fantastic place to spend our 20 year wedding anniversary.

The hotel as a whole was exceptional. Modern, clean, beautiful deco. A little bit fancy, but very affordable. The only catch is that there is no parking on site except for a $50 valet service. The closest undercover parking is at First Parking (11 Argyle St) and it's about a 5 min walk to the hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.
