Really comfortable bed and little extras that are often missing in more expensive hotels such as a shower cap, and a stocked mini bar.
Delicious little packets of biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities. Careful keeping of my Left property (jacket and phone charger).
I felt really comfortable here thank you.

When we arrived at the property, they did not have our reservation. I was told that the property is now known as Breakfree Queenbeyan and is an Accor property. I had to pay for another room in order to have a bed for the night. Where did my original payment go to? how do I get reimbursed?

Our room was excellent - clean, comfy and parking at the door. We easily organised a late check-in and our room was nice and warm when we arrived. We also got snug in the dressing gowns provided which was a lovely surprise.

Front desk staff was not very friendly at check in. It is a very old motel. The room was ok, bed was comfortable. The laundry facilities were poor.

Overall I was pretty happy.
My only concern is with the plumbing. On 2 occasions the temperature increased to well above comfortable temperatures when people in adjacent rooms started showering or using their faucets.
Apart from that, there is usually plenty of hot water.
Also good thick towels, nice comfortable beds.
Have stayed before and will stay again.

This property suited our needs, quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly. We only spent a night. The pool looked inviting, next time.
We did not like that the coffee pods supplied were not complimentary (instant coffee was) and the air conditioning and main light were on the same switch.
