Carlton Dubai Creek Hotel

After I extended my stay they disconnected my keys and I couldn’t ge on my room I’m seating outside the hole way for almost 2 hours I take medication my medication is inside the room I never Sean this kind of service.

Rooms in poor condition. Water damage and shower stall leaks water. Staff not very friendly and

We requested a room with three single beds, and booked a large room, as they didnt have the room available the hotel downgrated us to a room which has two single beds and put a sofa bed in. The room clearly was not maintained, The shampoo and shower gel was empty and when requested to have it topped up, although they agreed, no one came to do it. (Throughout the whole stay) We also requested additional towels and water bottles, as there were three guests, these arrived the next day. Overall thought the hotel was pleasent but customer service was poor.

Very near to Deira and baniyas square station

Absolutely love the hospitality and the actual hotel. We were lucky to get a free upgrade which we were so grateful for as we were there for 14 nights! Suite was so massive and the view from the windows were stunning. Walking distance from Metro station. Totally recommend.

Staff are excellent , all are prime, Monica,Winnie are pluses to this hotel. Security and concierge Would definitely come back.

Since our last visit to Dubai and stay at Carlton Dubai Creek (4 times), seems like the service at the hotel has be seriously degraded! Sad but true. The bathroom in our room had the shower cubicle leaking badly? Also some of the staff members are somewhat unfriendly and seemed aggressive with there response to our reports of issues with the room. However, some staff members were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we won't be staying there for our next visit to Dubai.

Quite old, poor breakfast, garage access and not convenient. Most of the staff is friendly and the room I got was very big (more like a service apartment). I got a kitchen but no cutleries.

The sink in the main bathroom was leaking quite badly underneath. I reported this to the front desk and showed the man there a photo of the water gushing out. He said he would tell maintenance that there was a problem in the athroim. He didn't listen to what I told him and didn't like at the photo. The Toilet spray hose was also leaking and I explained this too. The leaks ever got fixed. I also complained about lots of tiny fruit flies which seemed to congregate in the kitchen sink area. I used a whole can of fly spray over the week but theyvstilll kept coming. The room housekeeper never replaced the coffee sachets and I bought a jar of coffee. The floor was also not very clean, my feet were grubby after walking around in the evenings. I did like the overlay hotel, it's location and the idea from the rooftop bar were amazing . It just needs a little bit of attention to detail
