Everything was okay, but the pillows were really bad. I am not sure if they were the same in all the rooms but the ones we had in ours were like bricks. My neck hurt a little bit every morning. Other than that the Hotel was okay for the price.

The room was clean and spacious. The room has air con, air filter and humidifier, tv etc. The view from 13th floor was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Underneath the hotel there is a subway which connects to most of the visited places.

The room was clean and tidy and fairly well sized for a Japanese hotel room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect easy access to the subway line.

I’m giving 2* just because it’s in a great location and close to the train station. They dont clean rooms everyday, just every three days and the room has a vent in the ceiling that never stop throwing air very hard from nowhere. Staff offered me a tape and paper to stop it which I feel was a weird why to try to resolve the issue. My wife, who is pregnant, had to deal with that rough air during all the stay getting her respiratory issues. Will not stay there again if I return to Osaka.
