Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The rooms could use some upgrades. Curtains were torn in both room. Paint coming off in the shower carpet was dirty.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds! No noise at all, great staff! Loved it!! Thank you all for everything, Gabriel was very sweet and helpful!!

Clean rooms. Close to airport

We were in town for son’s graduation from Marine Corps boot camp and had staggered 2 room check-ins on a Monday and Wednesday, due to additional family coming into town. We requested our second room be adjoining, with a king bed, but that did not happen. They did not have an adjoining king bed room available to fulfill the reservation we had. Our daughter booked a king room as her boyfriend is 6’2” but they were all sold out of king rooms and did not honor their reservation either. There was a leak in the bathroom of one of our rooms, that caused my daughters clothing to get wet and smell like vomit. The front desk comped us laundry detergent but she had to pay to wash the clothes twice, just to get the smell out. The worst part is that we were told Thursday night we could have a 1:00 pm check out on Friday due to our issues with the water and my daughter’s clothes. On Friday, I advised housekeeping that we were told we could have a 1:00 check out, windy lady at the front desk (can’t say name) said we had to be out and did not have a 1:00pm check out. When I told her what the gentleman said the night before about the check out, she basically called me a liar. She said “it’s not written down so it’s my word against his”. I asked her to get him on the phone and her response was, “he’s not working so I can’t call him” she was rude, unprofessional and demeaning. We paid way to much for our rooms for the treatment we received. I would not recommend this hotel.

Parking was $25 a day. No one tells you until your there and there is no other options for parking. That is a total BS move on their part. It cost me another $100 just to park in the mostly empty unground parking. There was what looked like spit wods on the walls of our room that looked to have been there for a while. They do not do room service unless you ask them. But they tell you to come get what ever you need. So you have to go ask them for towels toilet paper and other needs you might have. After spending almost $1000 for five nights I would have thought that would have been taken care of for you.

They changed 250 for car parking.

Very convenient for being near the airport. Also near the old town and the restaurants around. Basic room a bit dated and sometimes noisy with street noise and airplanes noise, but we could manage. Personnel was very nice and helpful and breakfast was fine. They don't have airport shuttle but we did uber very easily. Again the personnel was very helpful in whatever we needed. I also asked last minute for a first floor room since i have a disability and they managed to help us. For a couple of days we think it is very nice.

Room was clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful and very friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Any problems with items in the room was taken care of right away. I had a problem with my television during the evening. All workers had left for the day. The gentleman at the front desk came over and fixed the problem. Rooms are extremely clean.
