Staff were polite and helpful. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning was not working. Staff said it would be fixed the next day, but it was not. Another issue was the noise. Loud music from the restaurant could be heard in the rooms, making it hard to sleep. I informed the staff, but the restaurant team did not take action.

Oda temizdi ve kahvaltı da güzeldi.Resepsiyonist Cansu hanım çok sıcak kanlı ve güleryüzlü idi.Aynı şekilde sabah ki kahvaltı salonundaki garson bey de aynı şekilde.

We came late on the evening. Check in was fast. The room was very large with everything you need and more. The best quality towels. The personel was nice and helpful when needed.
