Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The room was great and the front desk staff were all very friendly. They helped me with an early check in and made the whole process very smooth. Breakfast was busy, but had many options. The pool was nice, but I wish there was also a hot tub.

No towels by the pool. However my kids enjoy it.

This has been our go to place to stay for 5 years. No complaints the staff is very nice and helpful the rooms are always clean. Always a good experience staying here with my family kid friendly. Keep up the good hospitality.

Check-in was great. I arrived around 3:30, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast had a good selection, the dining area was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. My only issue was at checkout on 6/1 around 9:30 a.m. The front desk associate was rude and on her phone during our conversation. She insisted I go back to my room to retrieve the keys, then refused to provide a checkout receipt or confirmation. When I asked how I would know if there were any additional charges, she simply told me to wait 5–7 business days for my bank account to update. Overall, the hotel and most of the staff were excellent, but the checkout experience left a disappointing final impression.

The staff and amenities were very convenient

Room was clean. Staff was professional, courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was great! Access from the freeway a plus!
