Otium Old Town Sarego

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Was very happy with the apartment. It does get very warm but there are 2 fans and plenty of windows to open. Spare pillows and towels. Lots of cupboard space not far from the old town .easy walking distance. They have a reception and restuarant in old town.Would stay again in these apartments.

Room and property were excellent very close walking distance to most tourist attractions and bus pick up for Auschwitz. Things to note, there is no Air Conditioning, while normally this might not be an issue we went during the hottest heat wave ever in Europe so it would have been nice to have but the room is in an older building so not sure if it is allowed. There was a fan and it does cool down somewhat at night and with it being on a not so busy road leaving the windows open was not a problem. Also for us Americans room is located on the "2nd" floor, which to us is actually the 3rd floor as the count the ground floor as 0. I would definitely stay hear again but my trip will definitely be in spring or fall.

Great central apartment in the old town

Disappointing. Started with the transport from the airport I had confirmed with the apartment manager many times not showing (got a bolt for 1/3 the price). Room was dirty (had to wear shoes because floor was gritty, sink had food debris, glass tv stand had dust, etc) Was advertised as three kings but was 6 twins two of which were broken. Iron leaked and laundry in apartment was a washing machine only. No dryer. WiFi never worked (they were contacting the provider). Was ice cold when we arrived. Maintenance came and fixed most of the radiators but the heat never worked in the larger bedroom. Was in a decent location though.

Spacious, clean, efficient process. Loved the decor. Great location.

This was a good property walkable to the old town and Jewish quarter

Beautiful accommodation, clean and central!

The space was very large, bedroom at each side with kitchen and bathroom in middle. However the apartment was incredibly hard to find. Communication was sent during travel and was in polish…no way to interpret. Finally a nice family helped us through the first set of doors and then another lady helped us in the 2nd set of doors. The rooms themselves were dirty, I found used qtips on the table in my bedroom. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel for each of us, would have been fine except we needed towels to mop up the floor in bathroom after showers. There was not very much space in bathroom and nowhere to hang towels. Only one pillow for each of us. On a “king” bed there should have been 2.

Such a great and private place to stay!

We arrived late due to our flight time and within 5 mins of arriving we realised that we would not be staying here! We tried to call the 'urgent' number but no-one answered (3 times!). There was no coffee machine as promised and we had a city view, not garden view as per our booking. The lamp above the sofa was smashed and looked dangerous. The apartment was disgusting, smelled of smoke, stains on the sofas and hairs in one of the beds. The toilet was gross and the furniture was scuffed and leather ripped! This is advertised as a 'luxury' apartment. 3 stars in the UK are better and that's saying something! We were clearly placed in the wrong building as the one that matched the photos for the one we booked was 3 doors or so down! This one was run down and looked very much like a residential building as opposed to a holiday one that had been refurbished. We decided not to stay and at great expense, had to find an alternative accommodation (thankfully the nearby Garni Hotel had speace for us (a quality hotel but at a price). The Otium manager was not available and the lady who did respond eventually was simply a messenger who stated that the manager would not respond until after the Christmas break which was of little use to us. Had the apartment been even bareable, we would not have decided to pack everything up & go searching for an alternative place at 11pm! They then told us to go through Hotels.com who, after 3 attempts agreed to give us a full refund and compensation!
