Pros: Excellent location. Great restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Secure, free parking available. Cons: Hot water at the shower wasn’t working. Cleaning standards need improvement. No minibar available in the room. Overall, it was a good stay, but better attention to detail in cleanliness would be appreciated.

I was disappointed with the service. Even though I had a reservation under my name the day before, the hotel refused to keep a passport in the safe. When I came back to ask about it, the staff apologized and told me they would get back to us. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted us or followed up. Their customer service and follow-up with guests need significant improvement.

Hotel is far from attractions and airport but Uber is cheap and rapid in Amann. Clean but decor is dark and unappealing. Service is rather mediocre though part of it may be the limited English of the staff. Breakfast buffet is ok. Gym is adequate. I have trouble with registration of extra days. Room is comfortable but very noisy due to close highway. Bathroom was clean. Enough closet space. I didn’t think I would stay in the property if I return to Amann.
