Unreal hotel - great staff, great breakfast, great value which is rare in Dubai The only thing worth noting is that the metro is a solid 15-20min walk away so depends on your preference for that Honestly a perfect stay, they also made a fuss for my birthday!

The shower head was not working, the bathroom door wasn’t closing (the wood was too expanded). After the housekeeping service, my pajama shorts disappeared - not even sure how that happened, they were folded on the bed, nothing else was on the bed, the bedsheets weee not changed. I had to call about it multiple times. When they were finally found nobody said even sorry or anything like that. Absolutely unacceptable.

This day was OK, but I think your breakfast could be better and your options for dining could be better. Your stuff are not too flexible with changes and I could not word Canadian dollars into UAE currency.
