It's in the hood. If you're scared don't go. Otherwise, it was very clean, thebed was comfy, the staff were amazing and I had no issues.

Front office staff were cold and unwelcoming. I had to sit for 3 hours before they would let me check in (at 3 pm) even though they had rooms. I had been driving for 10 hours and had a reservation but the lady was rigid and kept saying “checkin is at 3 pm.” The room - called a “suite” was substandard at best.

From the time I checked in till the time I checked out, everything was 100% no complaints. I will come back again. I love the Bronx.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy and breakfast hit the spot. Very short stay for us but will use again when traveling through the area.

It was in the south of Bronx and had to pay for parking. It was a bad neighborhood and had to be careful walking around there.
