The hotel is located in a great area. Restaurants, shopping, movies, and night life entertainment is all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and I liked the bathroom setup with the amount of counter space and roomy shower. The laundry service is also a plus with same day drop off and return. The only con I have is the room Wi-Fi and TV connectivity wasn’t the best. At least one a day there was no TV service and most days it was several times that I couldn’t watch TV.

Excellent front-office staff - Peaw Paew and the girls are attentive and get things done. The lower rating is due to the House-keeping services: Tattered towels way past useable stage still being used. Room had cobwebs which the house-keeping staff don't see. They don't replace toiletries when servicing the room, even after repeated requests. Very superficial level of cleaning and house-keeping. Most of the time they are seen lounging around in a empty guest room. These events have happened far too many times (on this trip and the last one) to ignore, so finally posting this in the review.

The helpful staff, room cleaned daily, location was ideal I would return and book this hotel again The only minor thing was the water pressure not good, but this would not put me off at all

Room was clean and spacious, fridge was well stocked. All the staff were good but the housekeeper on my floor was exceptional...made sure I never needed to ask for anything . Anything you need is 5 minutes away...would happily stay there again.
