Staff was great however the aged property shows. Our bathroom had missing paint and scratches in the shower stall. Maybe other rooms were freshly painted. Very dark brown bedding and brownish red window coverings with low lighting made the accommodations a bit gloomy.
They helped us call for taxis to the Sky Walk early in the morning. Pleased to deal with the hotel staff. Still uses traditional metal keys and dead bolts.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Would 100% stay here again if in Mishima. Walking distance to the station as well as many restaurants.

Very uncomfortable beds, bad breakfast and overall not a very attractive hotel. Staff were nice and it was cheap and well located but those were only good things.

It is not new hotel but it is very clean and Japanese breakfast is very nice.
About 20min walk from Mishima station.

We accidentally booked a smoking room and it smelled a lot so we had to keep the window open. Staff was friendly and helpful! They offered free supplies (toothbrush, shaver, creams…).
