තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The shower was a safety issue. There was no door in the shower. Lots of water splattered out created puddles in the vanity area. My daughter slipped and hit her leg. Luckily didn’t hit her head. We asked for additional towels for the floor and they were all consistently soaked until the next day until we left for our day and housekeeping came to clean our rooms. There was 1.5 bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment, which was convenient unfortunately, there was only 1 soap and 1 hand towels given. We have to consistently run to the outside bathroom to use the hand soap and hand towels. We asked for additional hand towels on the first day but again housekeeping only gave 1 hand towels for the other 2 days that we were there. The water dispenser was broken on our floor. It only dispensed room temperature water. The cold and the hot water was broken. We booked 2 rooms but only 1 was ready at 2pm checked in time. The 2nd one was not ready until 3:30pm. We were exhausted since our travel day started at 6am that day. My brother’s family was not able to rest in their own room until 3:30pm. Overall they were fine but amenities and customer service were not great.

Clean room okay breakfast; coffee and tea are not hot enough. No utensils nor plates provided for the suite which has the microwave and mini fridge in the room.

As for cleanliness, it's good, staffs are outstanding 👍 love it. However, the amenities provided in each unit need improvement. A two-bedroom unit comes with only two keys, even though one key must be kept in the room; and with two bedrooms, you would expect two people or two couples to be staying there. Have to request for EVERYTHING, they have kitchen which include microwave, mini refrigerator and sink, but no utensils, no plates, no dish soap and no kitchen towel. Two bedroom unit has 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom with connection door to each bathroom and master bedroom. For families, this might not be a big deal, but if you're staying with friends or coworkers, it's best to let everyone know when you're taking a shower😄. Have a smart tv but don’t expect the TV’s internet connection to always work smoothly—we’ve had to call a technician to fix this three times. This is happened when we stay there on June 2026. I hope there will be an improvement in the future because the staff was SUPER SUPER nice and helpful , love them!!

Far from shopping, restaurant airport

Air conditioning is not too cold. Water dispenser is always run out of water not so comfortable after all

Harris suits is a wonderful hotel, it has an amazing Olympic pool and cafe. The rooms are roomy and the bed is so comfortable.
