I loved the hospitality that the receptionist Ronald presented. We had an issue with our room and he was able to move us to another room and help facilitated us with all the things we needed to make our trip comfortable

I absolutely loved this hotel. The best 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Breakfast lunch and dinner is chefsssss kiss. I love it and will be back. Room clean✅ Amazing helpful staff✅ Cold as hell air conditioned ✅ Plethora of food in the am ✅ CHECKED ALL MY BOXES NOW LET THEM CHECK YOURS

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many activities in the historic center. It's also, within walking distance to Getsmani.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Ms. Gisela, housekeeper, did a fantastic job. We always came back to our rooms with clean towels and room. The staff from front desk to doorman were all amazing. I have to point out the delicious dinner experience we had. The ceviche, seafood pasta, steak and wine were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. The location is excellent, close to everything. You will not be disappointed!

Hotel was on an excellent location, the staff is amazing, the hotel is pretty clean , but would not considered a 5 as there were a few things that did not looked as clean; such as towels and sheets. Also, if you are a light sleeper and have any type of window or anything i do not considered 100% soundproof as i still heard some noise from surroundings. I would come back for the location and staff.

Location couldn’t be better, still staff was by far the best. Every single member of their staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, pool was nice, views from the rooftop and our balcony were perfect. Would definitely start here again and will recommend it to others.
