Helpful staff. Room underwhelmed though. Not well maintained and very hot. AC worked but not much forced air.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn in London and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The hotel offered good value for the price, and I would consider staying there again on a future trip to London.
