Premier Inn London Victoria

We have stayed here on other trips to London because of its proximity to Cictoria Station. The hotel has gotten run down. The basement dining area smelled of mildew or mold. They wouldnt let you order from the much more well-lit bar. The room was shockingly small for a "premium" room. It did help to have a small refrigerator in the room so we could go to the store and get breakfast supplies, as I would not eat downstairs. The price was outrageously high for the quality and lack of upkeep of the property. I think we we ate done with Premier Inns.

We paid for breakfast for two of us for 2 days. The kitchen was closed for repairs and 2 months later still waiting for a refund.

Close to Victoria Station. Though in reasonable condition, minor repairs, maintenance and updates are needed. No grab bars in shower, no non-slip mat was provided unless requested (it should be automatic for safety as I slipped), toilet paper holder installed upside down, clothing hooks in bathroom were loose, no control of water temperature (just a sign saying HOT WATER), desklamp falling apart, cover for control panel of elevator duct-taped to hold in place, insufficient towel bars. No room cleaning or clean towels unless requested.

Super quiet hotel in an amazing location

No food available. Did not get breakfast. Rooms are small.

This is a low end property with good location to central London. Unfortunately hotel pricing is high so …. If you don’t spend time at hotel… ok for few days

Excellent location. Victoria station within an easy five minute walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet.

Very clean hotel

Just wrapped up our stay at the Premier Inn London Victoria and honestly, it was exactly what we needed for our first stop in London. The location was fantastic — super easy access to Victoria Station, walkable to so many things, and perfect for navigating the city without feeling overwhelmed. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. After a long international flight, having a smooth check-in and a comfy bed was everything. We also loved having luggage storage available so we could start exploring before check-in. If you’re looking for an affordable, convenient, no-stress place to stay in London, I would absolutely recommend Premier Inn Victoria. We had a wonderful experience & will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Was somewhat disappointed with the size of the room and the fact that there was really no place to put your clothes except for a very small one person cabinet of sorts. You should expect to live out of your suitcase. There was only one chair available to sit on, so anyone else had to sit on the bed, which in itself was very comfortable. The shower stall was very slippery. Towels were replaced upon request. The breakfast was quite nice. Be very cautious of the address on the Expedia website as we found out that the correct address is 55 Gillingham Street, not the 82 - 83 Eccleston Square, London, England, SW1V 1PS United Kingdom as is listed on the website. The subway station is within walking distance. The surrounding area seemed very pleasant, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately I would not recommend staying here unless you are traveling by yourself.
