We requested for three criteria: clean, view and workspace. All matched! Had spent great time during the half term. The place is convenient and close to all daily necessities. Quiet at nights which is important. Would wish to be back again. Well done Charles Hope team.

Clean space, great view, easy check in + check out. Only thing it lacked was oven mitts (but that’s nitpicking). Will book again!

Overall, the apartment was good, but did struggle to get the digital key in the first place and had to phone the helpdesk as there was only an AI assistant on live chat.

Food options limited Food was not good as I ended up going to the grocery store Guests has to keep going through my bedroom to get to the bathroom at meal time. The only 3 items that worked in kitchen were the dishwasher, stove top and the washing machine

Huge apartment. Amazing views. Very comfortable. Not so keen on the electronic key but it worked ok. Close to the tube.
