Room was great. Clean, full of quality amenities, comfortable bed, cool tech. Nice bath, free drinks in fridge, and tooth brushes, bathroom kits available in bathroom.
Not the greatest location — but of a walk to town.
Went in off-season (December) and it was hard to find food.
The check-in process was confusing and a little annoying. You have to check in via a tablet in the room by filling out some fields, taking a photo, then verify your face on live video through a call centre.

Very quiet apart hotel, little outside the centre. Easy to walk to train station, grocery and restaurants. Projector TV was a hit with the kids and we enjoyed the artificial hot spring tub.

Excellent stay! We stayed for one night with 6 people. I should note that it is NOT a two bedroom, but there are two separate rooms. One room has 2 double beds that are basically touching, the other room is in the living room where you can roll out two double mats to sleep on the floor. The room does come with a 3L bottle/keg of beer. We had an excellent stay!

Advice for those would like to order a breakfast: you need to cook the breakfast by yourself. they will prepare the smoothie, toast, butter and syrup only. I am pretty okay with this cz my mom she enjoyed cooking. Generally speaking this place is really good.

My family enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable, extremely tidy and well fit-out property. Although on our arrival it was hard to walk to (with suitcases) from Tobu-Nikko, and very few buses. Access was much easier when we hired a car. Close to small convenience store and short drive to grocery store. Best was the artificial hot spring bath. Thank you for hosting this lovely property.

The walk to the station was about 9 minutes but besides that the room was great. It supplied every need. I asked the wife how long the hotel had been opened since everything was like new but she didn’t know.
Everything comes with remote control including heated floors and was very modern. I was impressed. If you are looking for a VERY comfortable stay in Nikko this is the choice.
