Hello, I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised when I made the reservation. There were several major issues during our stay: * Fresh food was not available. Many menu items were unavailable, and we were told they could only serve whatever food they had left. * Loud music continued until around 1:00 AM, which made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or properly enjoy our stay. * Several amenities and facilities that were advertised at the time of booking were not available during our stay. * Overall, the experience was very different from what was presented when I booked the hotel. I specifically chose and paid for this hotel based on the advertised amenities, food options, and the expectation of a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the experience we paid for.

Very Very Nice Hotel and Room… I came from canada and cleanliness was my priority and Let me tell you .. Everything was Beyond My Expectations.. Having Jacuzzi in your Room says it all … if yew Are coming to Kasol .. yew must stay at Echor … Highly Recommend.. 😀
