Everybody was so friendly and helpful with great Hiroshima hospitalities which is absolutely a top notch level and unforgettable accommodations. I what I was very impressed was, during our check in process, it was a small discrepancies occurred between hotels.com and hotel and kind of made us feel a bit chilly at the moment, however, she took care of everything and arranged the room very quickly as if nothing had happened in the beginning. We truly appreciate for her quick response for the issue and there rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate them. We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Hiroshima travelling by airplane, this is the

The staff was very kind and helpful! Check in was easy and the front desk helped me send my luggage to my next stop. Everyone was warm and welcoming, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Thank you!

Their room is clean every time I use this hotel and hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. I got free welcome drink bar this time and it was awesome! I really enjoyed my stay there!
