A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel. Lovely room and public spaces, great location...and a wonderfully welcoming and helpful team that brought extra magic to our short stay.

Staff was phenomenal. Very design forward. The honor bar is a nice touch. The room itself was a bit tired and comically small/tight. I would not recommend Room 9 as the layout makes for an extremely claustrophobic space with no room to even open a suitcase.

Loved our stay at the Pelham. We had a gorgeous room with a large bathroom and tub in a fabulous location. The decor was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and friendly. Wish we’d booked a longer stay!

From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was very spacious and we had a beautiful welcome gift of fruit waiting for us on the table which was so appreciated after a day of travel. I highly recommend The Pelham and will stay there again when traveling to London.

Beautiful hotel and very well located to discover London is it is across from South Kensington station. Staff was kind and welcoming (except on one unfortunate occasion) and the room was well cleaned every day.

Wonderful staff and property. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When we visited it was very hot, it was nice having air conditioning in the room. The sheets are great quality and the bed is very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Very pleased and cannot wait to visit again.
