Jill Hotel Brussels

I stayed for 4 nights. They were lovely, air conditioning was a god send, I had it on my entire stay, the breakfast was basic but nice start to the day, can’t complain. My room was very spacious which i appreciated and they offer house keeping daily if you wanted which was nice, I used a couple times throughout my stay. The staff were lovely very helpful, felt welcomed throughout my stay, and held my luggage on the final day of my stay so I could have a wonderful before making my way to the airport. I would return here 100% Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at the Jill Hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from Brussels Midi station. Very good location and super convenient. The soundproofing in this hotel is as very good. For someone who is a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised at how well I slept despite trains running through the night and early morning. We picked it so we could easily do day trip to Brugge. Otherwise good location and a 20 minute walk or 9 mins bolt ride from the city centre. Lots of nice food places! On a Sunday, there is a fresh fruit and veg market next to the station. Was so lovely to see and we bought fresh strawberries and cherries. It was nice to support the local businesses. The hotel room was spacious enough for two in the twin room. There were basic amenities. I wish they had provided disposable slippers but the floor was cleaned every day. We had enough tea and coffee but they weren’t always replenished. The staff were wonderful!! Super helpful and kind. We didn’t have their breakfast so I cannot comment. But the lunch factory restaurant, that is 1 minute away was very good! I would highly recommend. I would happily stay here again for another short trip to Brussels if I was to visit again. Thank you for all your hospitality. I wish you had offered us an alternative to the free bottle of wine though. That would have been really nice.

Everything about our day was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. We did have a little challenge understanding how to control the air conditioner/heater but eventually we figured it out and everything was fine.

Nice location for the Eurostar and stay was generally pleasant. Nice room, decent shower (apart from the non sealed door which will always create a puddle!) Staff indifferent, and didn’t get my VIP perk I was promised. (Should be a bottle of wine, although I note the property doesn’t even sell alcohol.) Our room had stairs from the breakfast area and the noise from 6am was terrible, all you could hear was the clattering of cutlery etc. I would stay again in a different room at a reasonable price, mainly for the location.

Staff was exceptional.friendly, courteous and professional. Location, steps from Midi train station. A bit of a walk(1km+/-) to tourist sites. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and very comfortable place!

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you need quick access to the train station. The only thing to consider is that if you are a light sleeper, you will want ear plugs since you can hear the trains coming and going from the station. Also, for some reason, my wife and I found the bed to be a little hot, despite making the room cooler. It's probably due to a bed liner or maybe the foam mattress? The free breakfast is great. The staff is kind and considerate, and we loved the short walk to the station.

Our first stay At Jill Hotel and what a pleasant hotel this is. Only stayed for 1 night, very handily located opposite Brussels Midi Station. From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK. To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room. We will certainly stay again.
