Well located near BTS station, Union Mall, Chatujak market. The hotel provides a shuttle to go to different locations nearby. The breakfast is minimal . The staff is great. They speak fluently in English and one of them speaks French. Feels more like a family business than a big corporation.

The only thing this property is missing is a gym. Rest experience wise, it’s a good stay. A good 3 star hotel.

lots of positives to say about the hotel: friendly, helpful staff, nice common area with free snacks and coffee, free shuttle service available to and from nearby mall, close proximity to chatuchak weekend market, good wifi + free netflix. cons: cleanliness could be improved - we had mold in the shower ceiling, some garbage left on the shower floor (fruit seeds !?) and dirty shower tiles when we arrived. everything had a layer of dust and corners and surfaces could be cleaned with much better attention to detail. the automatic air freshener in the toilet is also not ideal for people who are sensitive to artificial scents. despite an overall pleasant stay, we would not stay here again based on the price we paid and other hotels available for the price point, improvements can be made to make it a better experience for future guests.
