Three times I've been to Tokyo and three times I've stayed here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Kanda station, and Akihabara. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, and offer free food and drink options at different times of the day.

Staff spoke very good English. The venue had a great little Cafe in the lobby. Very close to Kanda station which was very helpful.

Overall the hotel was excellent but when it rains at night, rain hits the window panes and it’s very noisy and I could not sleep.
Otherwise, the hotel is perfect for me.

Best advantage of this hotel was its close proximity to the train station. In my opinion, it is suitable for a single traveller or a couple with one baggage. I would not recommend for travellers who are tall or have multiple luggage as the rooms are small.

ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切で親身になってくれました。そして、日本旅行で初めて「火打石」の祝福を受けたんです（それまでは『鬼滅の刃』でしか見たことがありませんでした）。本当に素敵なサプライズでした！おかげさまで、無事に平和な旅を終えることができました！ありがとうございました！
