Incredible place on the stunning Lake Pukaki with views directly across the lake to Aoraki/Mt Cook. Sunrise and sunset just stunning. We licked out with the weather. The night sky experience was fantastic. Expensive, meals included, and worth every cent.

We stayed 2 nights. Great location to Mount Cook area (30 minute drive) the Lodge was clean, comfortable and include a wonderful dinner and a full breakfast. The staff was warm and welcoming.

My husband and I had a magical night at the lodge. The attention to detail started the moment we stepped in with welcome drinks (non-alcoholic option available) and handmade chocolates in the shape of rocks. The view outside our room was out of this world. The dinner (included in our room rate) was world class - inventive and high quality ingredients. The breakfast the next morning had several options to choose from. One of our most special stays!

Outstanding dinner and personable attentive owners and staff. The private views from each room are stunning especially from the large bathtub.

Lovely spot to relax for a few days. Views are amazing of Mount Cook. Food was excellent and the service and staff were so attentive to our needs. Great spot. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location with nice hike from the property and free mountain bike use to bike along Lake Pukaki. The highlight, however, was the exceptional food.

Superb little boutique lodge. Staff can't do enough for you. Very comfortable room with garden and a fantastic view. Big bathroom. Food excellent - even a packed lunch - laundry done (at cost). Best hotel of our trip so far. It will take some beating. If you're on a road trip across the east side of the South Island and looking to break the journey consider a stop here. Flights to the glacier from Mt Cook airport, hiking, dark sky area. Beautiful views.

The lodge has lovely staff and a lovely position on Lake Pukaki. The views from all parts of the hotel are stunning. The staff are excellent and very helpful. An excellent stay.
