genuinely so disgusting, essentially scammed out of £136. the walls were dirty, the plug sockets were falling out, the hangers needed replacing, kettle was definitely not clean, strong bleach smell in bathroom, dirty sink, dust on bed head board. was supposed to receive a self check in code but didn't. everything is DESPERATE of a refresh and a good clean. please do not go here

Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge.

The water was hot The bedding sheets were clean The towels were clean THEY THROW ON THE BED ADD STAINS ON IT UNDERNEATH THE BED WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. VAPES PENS, PAPER EVERYTHING THE BEDS DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THEY’VE BEEN MOVED. WE MOVED THEM BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOLD AIRING THAT I HAD LOST, BUT UNDERNEATH BOTH BEDS MINGING glad I didn’t lose something before it smelt a cigarette smoke the stairs could’ve done with a really good washing down hot soapy water would’ve taken a lot of the black off. This could be a really nice place to stay. It’s in a good spot really good spot for us, but sorry, my dog lives in a better place.

Place felt dirty and sticky, someone came on the morning and was banging on the door telling us to get out. The place does not look the same as the pictures uploaded. The rooms stank of sewage.

OYO lost my booking. I was lucky to turn up the one night a member of staff was present at reception, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to check in.
