The hotel is dated, language barrier can be an issue but the staff is willing to help. Room service does not replenish everything in the bathroom. The buffet is good. The staff is great.

Location is great but the hotel a little old and not well maintained. There is only one lift in the hotel.

Staff was very friendly but rooms are super outdated, beds were hard and made a lot of noise. Couldn't sleep comfortably. Shower/tub situation was weird. Water kept leaking out where it wasn't supposed to.

The pool was small but with the rooftop bar, it was very comfortable, rooms were very good with great beds. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. The property needs some facelift and maintenance. There was mold in the shower stall, no AC in the floor hallway, and only one elavator. The location is centrally located which is a plus. Overall the hotel is just Okay.
