The property was clean and modern. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor (no elevator) and accommodated our group of 7 persons with lots of room to spare. There were 4 air condition units throughout the unit which kept us cool during the July summer heat. Laura (host) was there to meet us upon check in and kept us updated throughout. The kitchen and dining area were modern and all the necessary dinnerware and crockery available. Overall a very pleasant stay and location was about a 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations and about 15 to Rialto Bridge. Restaurants/bakery and grocery also within 5 minute walk.

Amazing place! Great spot close to taxi drop off. Centered for food and drinks. Super roomy place with everything you need. Host communicates very fast and easy. I would recommend and return here in the future. A++++

Well-equipped kitchen. Great facilities and comfortable rooms. Great location as well, and very walkable to get to the main attractions of Venice.

Great location and having laundry on premise was very helpful. A quick walk from train station and you’re there. You will encounter a two section of stairs for canal crossing, but that’s Venice. My only complaint was some of the furniture looked a little worn and stained. But overall, it was a great property.

Quite a walking distance from the station but room was nice. They allowed us to put our luggage in the room early when we reached around 11am. The cleaning was actually done while the contact was explaining stuff to us, and we were able to check in. Room includes a washing machine, with a kitchen area with induction cooker and utensils provided. We made our own pasta by buying ingredients from a nearby convenient store

a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!
