Royal Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

I was very disappointed on the check in day. First time I met an unfriendly and rude attitude reception, Hưng. The room was booked with a garden view. But it didn’t have any view which was different in the web photo. I complaining about it. Hung said that is the name of the room. Later I found out, it was the worst room of the first floor. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. Customer can only choose one meal and a drink from the menu. I know that was week day, not many customers but compare to other hotels I was stay in Vung Tau. Customers can choose unlimited from the week day menu. First time I stay at Royal hotel and will never back to this hotel again. Even the room clean, the first floor staffs are friendly. Close to restaurant.

The service and location are very good. The hotel is directly across from amd faces the ocean. The hotel is dated and worn but, the breakfast was very good with a number of choices. Very walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Great customer service

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are sevaral coffee shops located right next to the hotel. Vung Tau cable car is 5 minute on foot.

Close to town and ferry terminal. good view with the room facing seaview.

Good escape

Everything is good except the wifi connection.

Terrible hotel, poor service. My bed sheets had stains all over it, I complained and they replaced it with another sheet equally dirty. Breakfast was so bad I couldn't eat anything. So many better hotels in Vung Tau

they couldn't find us even though we booked 2 days prior on hotels.com. Made us wait half an hour in th lobby and when I went to the desk to ask them what's the hold up they had forgotten us. Finally got to the room and it was not how it looked on the pics, small old and the shower barley worked. Went to the pool and some guy working there screaming at us for a ticket!! Went back to the desk and they had forgotten to give us a pool ticket. We went back and gave it to the rude monkey and asked where are the lay out chairs, he dragged over 1 chair with no cushion for 2 people.. Pool was dirty and they had a garden hose to shower off after. 1 towel in the room for 2 people. So many things, the maids yapping loudly right next to our room. The gym is a joke, 3 pieces of throw away rusted equipment outside. No elevator and a glass door jammed shut on the stairs locking us out of exiting had to bang on it tell the monkeys working there woke up and wedged it open, could of shattered. Fire hazard? we had booked 2 nights and left in the morning, keep the money couldn't pay me to stay another night

Hotel staff were very good with me and helped me at the hotel and finding places to eat
