Our room was small but amoung the cleanest we have had in Indonesia. Staff were very helpful but the restaurant was a tad over priced.

Rooms are new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were acceptable. Nothing much around the hotel area.

The water in the shower does nit dry completely, causing puddles that make the floor slippery and create an unpleasant smell.

Was in town for business. The hotel is very pleasant - staff were very polite and the breakfast buffet was good. Proximity to the Botanical Gardens offers a pleasant outing.

Recent stay at Ibis Style Pajajaran. The hotel is great, nice and clean. However the room did had a bad smell back flow from the toilet discharge piping. Hotel towel are greyish in colour instead of white, towel with bad mouldy moisture smell.
