තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Charming place, but a little improvement will be nice. It seems like a little of the place was going all kind of renovating and maintenance work, while I was there, so not too nice, but understandable. Bad smell from the shower in the nice top floor room I had. I found it just too complicated to communicate with most of the staff, since they do not understand English, so after having breakfast I headed the next day to eat out, since explaining what I want was more difficult than just going out to eat. I understand that not everyone speaks English, but if you run a hotel that supposed to cater to international clients, you must at least have someone that speaks English at the reception at all time. Some did, some did not understand even the basics…

À revoir en ce qui concerne les oreillers trop épais qui font mal au cou, l’odeur de moisi dans les chambres derrière la piscine, la moisissure sur le mur à droite de la piscine, la déco impersonnelle des chambres

Everything was fine. Only complaint is that we stayed on a Sunday so no restaurant open.

Un hôtel de charme et à taille humaine, un îlot de calme et de végétation autour de la piscine, en plein centre de Cayenne. Le personnel est très prévenant, avec des mercis plus particuliers pour Annie, Tatiana et Yamina ! Un séjour épatant.
