Nice couple running the motel . The room was good and the price very good . The TV didn’t work initially but the owner came and fixed the problem . Very helpful .

Handy to everything. There is a bus right outside and Hagley Park just down the road. A convenience store across the street and the facilities were fine, if a little dated. Great value for money.

The price was good but you do get what pay for here. There is a long sign in reception about extra charges for minor things. Only 1 pillow per person - even on the Queen bed. Only 1 face cloth provided for 4 people as well. We did ask for extra pillows but were discouraged from needing them.

Room was tidy but it's quite dated. Paint chipping in bathroom, shower is old and needs updating. Very basic kitchen. Close to busy road so hear traffic all night. It is close to riccarton mall and some restaurants.

great location , many food options.Nice sunlit room , quite heat pump .excellent water pressure. Unfortunately badly let down by filthy carpet .Bare feet get very black and and there was large amounts of long black , brown and blonde hairs across the carpet indicating had not properly cleaned in a long time .

Considering location of property was easy parking The staff were friendly and I wanted to leave my car there in morning while I did an event and it wasn’t a problem The room was very clean and quieter than I thought being on a busy road I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone else
