B&B Hotel Berlin-Potsdamer Platz

Most terrible hotel I have ever stayed. Let me list why 1) carpet was not cleaned. Hair on the carpet, requested cleaning services but no action 2) TV does not work 3) no coffee in the hotel 4) after 10:00 pm, it becomes a ghost house. No one at the reception 5) toilet always smell musty 6) hotel stuff smoke in front of the main entrance

Good place

Hot water was only tepid for the three days we were there. Hard beds and a tiny room. Pony up for a better hotel folks..

Great place to stay. Location was perfect to be able to easily access public transportation.

Limited parking that was full at the time of arrival. The alternative parking offered was closed, so we had to figure out where to park our car for our stay. The air-condition in the room was not working and we had to go to the reception and ask for a fan. Location wise; Exiting the hotel for a family walk and seeing a hooker on the side of the street doing her shift wasn't the best sight. We booked the B&B based on our experience on a previous stay at Dortmund, but this one didn't meet the expectations

Comfortable beds and easily walkable to Berlin landmarks. Shame there wasn't a kettle or tea/coffee facilities

I like the staff, I did not like the fact that they only have an elevator it takes so much time to get to the rooms

The hotel has minimal comforts, but is clean. I had a water leak on the floor next to my bed during my last full day, but they allowed me to switch rooms easily. Room was cleaned and tidied every day. For North Americans staying, there are no ice machines in the building and no mini refrigerator in the rooms (which is common in Europe). Plaster in my room show evidence of damage, but nothing to impact one’s stay. Overall, it was just an okay hotel room that met basic needs.

The hotel is 15 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and also near a tube station nevertheless the area is b varied with striptease clubs, prostitutes high standards fashion designers and variate shows theatre. the hotel is basic and clean. The staff could’ve been a bit more cheerful and amiable.

Good location and easy to get here from the Berlin central station.
