We had a lovely, lovely stay! The front desk was very helpful and welcoming and the location is fabulous to get around the city and to the busses. Breakfast was slightly chaotic (e.g waited 45 min after ordering before they asked what my order was again) and interactions were a bit short/terse but overall very grateful to have breakfast included. Will absolutely be recommending this hotel to anyone who stays in the city. Thank you!

Front desk staff extremely unhelpful when it was impossible for two nights to lower A/C below 25 degrees. TV didn’t work. Again, unhelpful and unapologetic

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Good breakfast. Really helpful and welcoming staff. The location of this hotel is ideal - right in the heart of the old town so ideal for exploring and a great range of bars and restaurants. They also provide a free shuttle through the old town to the main road so it’s easy to access with luggage if you’re using one of the car parks or arriving from the train/bus station. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This is a wonderful hotel. Although situated in the old city it is a brand new property with all the comforts expected from a luxury hotel. The breakfast was wonderful--you order off the menu with several delicious choices included in the price. The restaurant is also top notch, but if you want something else there are numerous restaurants just a few meters away. The hotel was quiet except for the construction next door with occasional jackhammers. We enjoyed just walking around the car free area, or if so inclined it is a short walk to the castle. I thought the price was very low for what we got. Be aware that the hotel is in the car free zone so you have to walk about 3 blocks to get there from the taxi stand. We walked in from the bus stop which took about 20 minutes.

We took the room without a window and was satisfied with the quiet, clean and albeit small space. Location is very central to everything.
