I appreciated value and location and the accommodating of this hotel. It’s centrally located but tucked away on a side street so it is nice and quiet. Everyone working the front desk was lovely - especially Linda I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday in and at breakfast she came out with a mini cake for me and played happy birthday over the speakers in the dining room. I was so touched by that gesture and she really made my birthday special. When I checked in there was even a plate of fresh fruit for me to enjoy. Breakfast at this hotel is delicious - especially the banana crepe and fresh spring rolls.

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel in the center of Hue. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. What's more, the staff were truly delightful: very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive.

From check-in to check out, everything was perfect. Loved the room, loved the breakfast. Ruby and Thanh went out of their way to ensure that we were happy.

The staff were amenable, courteous, and super helpful with booking tours around town. Our driver Thangh was awesome - his English was superb, he knew lots of fun "insider" facts about his hometown (and Vietnam in general), and he's a skilled (and safe) driver in a very clean, comfortable SUV. Thank you! The room was comfortable and clean, and the location cannot be beat, right in the center of the action, but actually very quiet! Perfect.

We came early and were lovingly greeted, as soon room became available they WhatsApp texted us and we were able to check in early. Location is prime, close to everything. Shout out to Ruby, Than.and Linda, great team!
