The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance of the Piazza dei Miracoli. My room and bathroom was small but clean and recently refurbished. My only problem was the single bed which was really small and lumpy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden in front was a nice shady oasis with tables, benches and statuary. All in all my one night was a relatively pleasant one and I’d return despite the bed.

Clean with friendly staff. Location good. Easy to walk to tourist sights and we walked to the train station on several occasions.

Really nice hotel - small but has everything you need and perfectly placed for walking to all the main sights of Pisa.. Room was comfy and had good bathroom and facilities. Small bar did great coffee... would stay again if I was back in Pisa.

The Hotel Primavera is a lovely Italian building ideally situated near the centre of Pisa, and within a few hundred yards of the cathedral and leaning tower. I am a wheelchair user and I booked an accessible bathroom. The bathroom was indeed accessible, but not the hotel itself. The staff did not seem to understand that 'accessible' meant accessible for a wheelchair. Although the staff were very friendly and willing to give me every assistance, it meant that every day I had to crawl on the floor to get into and out of the hotel. It also meant that breakfast was not available to me, nor reception.
