Tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom were sticky, hot plates in kitchen didnt work, no indication or sound that exhaust fan in bathroom worked, air con started to turn blink and continually turn on and off, and front cover was broken, during night from around 10pm to 4+ am early morning a distinct and clearly heard continuous dripping or ticking made sleep testing, and the joining door to next room for extended family use had no noise insulation and every conversation, noise, tv etc could very clearly be heard also making sleep difficult. Position and parking were good, but it is a budget motel but not at a budget price.

Good property and location but would be nice to get some more fresh milk so that we can have coffee and tea to last for the stay rather than just 1 or 2 days.

Great location, everything was walking distance, close to Beach. Good size Room with everything you need, little kitchen .Big comfy Bed and clean, would stay again. It was better then expected for the Price.

Actually this venue exceeded our expectations. Reception staff was very welcoming and informative on the local features. The room was very spacious and well laid out, it was actually much more than a motel room. The inclusion of a stove and full range of cooking utensils and paraphernalia makes this a studio apartment. With the car being kept cool under the covered parking lot, it also meant being comfortable when leaving. The unit we had was set far back from the road, so it was very quiet and we had a very restful night's sleep. Would definitely book a room here again.

Our booking was incorrect but receptionist fixed us with an appropriate room. It was spacious and basically clean except for the couch and the carpets. Both were pretty awful.

Fantastic friendly staff. Very courteous and helpful. Accomodation was spacious and comfortable. Location perfect. Will definitely be staying again.
