A very nice and quiet place to stay. Room is big enough and the bathroom even excellent.
Staff is friendly and helpfull if there are questions.

Good price for decent room in a small complex, so then the service was friendly and easy going. Breakfast ok but a minutes walk from morning marked can’t complain, close enough to night market and main drag and a minute the other way is the big river positioned central within the restaurants.

නියමයි It was a great experience starting from check-in until check-out. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was good, there was also free water dispenser where you can top up your bottle. Only one thing to improve is to provide more chair or bench to put bags etc. But overall, it was a top-notch.

Two storey hotel without lift. Good location just 2 mins walk to night market or riverside. Breakfast is simple and all day coffee and tea (Self service) at reception area. Room is simple without TV or fridge but bathroom is really big. Will be back again :)

නියමයි We enjoyed a pleasant 3 day stay at Lao Lu lodge just before Christmas. The accommodation is similar to many other properties nearby, located in a side street connecting the riverside road and night market road.
All facilities worked well including the electric shower which provided a welcome hot shower on the chilly mornings. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and staff spoke reasonable English and were helpful. Breakfast was a let down to be honest and it was quite noisy first thing in the surrounding area but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and feel it was good value for money.
