Location of hotel is good as it is near a tram line. Staff were grumpy and unfriendly - from checking in, to getting a drink at the bar to breakfast!

Was disappointed with the hotel facilities as this hotel was described as family run 4*. This was chosen for my husbands 60th birthday so was disappointed as we could not get a special meal in the evening, was only facilities for buffet style and very limited food chose. Had to use taxi's to get about, would have been useful to have tram & bus timetables to get to local popular sites.
