Perfect location in the heart of the town, clean room and good breakfast. I would recommend staying here if you want to be in the town.

Hotel Fontana overlooks the main square in Amalfi. Breakfast was delicious. Lady at reception was so helpful - she is an asset to your hotel. We enjoyed our stay here - would highly recommend.

Location is unbelievable, like it’s the best ever in Amalfi… everything was excellent from the customer service to cleaning and you are right in the heart of the fun.. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Amalfi I will definitely be back. Thank everyone for your hospitality.

The property was right the middle of the square. Everything was right there, food shopping sights!!

Great room with beautiful views of the coast. Amazing little town . Only thing was a little noisy in early morning with crews cleaning up and garbage trucks. But worth it !

Location, location, location. If that is what interest you, then this hotel is a good fit for you however, the bathrooms had mold in the shower, broken tiles in the bathroom, the beds were harder than the cement they used to built the city. The pillows were old and they need to be replaced. The air conditioner didn't work that well. The breakfast was ok. The 2 ladies that worked the breakfast area worked really hard and kept that area clean. It's a bit loud even with the windows closed but it is manageable since it is across the street from the marina and across the church. Again, amazing location. The hotel could use a little update.

Great location and proximity to port. Loved being able to look at Amalfi square and all the happenings.
Beds were VERY hard, just be aware in case that isn’t your thing!
