I went during the off season. My family and I decided to visit Pattaya while visiting a family member in Bangkok. I wanted a relaxing experience without a bunch of smokers. The grounds were very clean and beautiful. We ate at the restaurants at the Royal Cliff Hotel, the food was good. The employees were all very nice to us. We had a great time.

A bit crowded at breakfast as everyone went to the same restaurant in the Royal Cliff Beach building. View was wonderful. Staff very helpful.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. It's like I dreamed it up. It had all my favorite things. A balcony, good food, amazing staff very clean and an amazing view.I end up staying two extra days

Excellent facilities and external areas, very chill. Safety around walkways could be improved, particularly around ramps that tier down to the beach restaurant.
