Thank you for the stay. It smelled old, so I had to open the window for fresh air. The shower is ok. It did the job to rest. I did sleep with the lights on. There's stains on the carpet, the lamps, cigarette burns on the head rest. Needs a good renovation and steam clean carpets.

Location location location ! Me n my husband stayed here for 4 nights just last week and we loved the neighborhood. It was not our first time in Japan but first time in this area, airport transportation drop was just one subway station away therefore it’s very convenience to / from the airport . The neighborhood is quite but closed to everything ! Subway/convenience stores (711 Lawson family mart .. yes all 3) /supermarkets/many food options around ! Al though sofa n sitting area need a hardware upgrade but overall stay was pleasant. Hotel staff were very helpful and let us stored our luggages there due to a flight delayed as we did not know what to do with them. If you are looking for a reasonable & spacious place to stay during your stay . this will be the place . Met my expectation :). Thank you for the hospitality .

The facilities are old and looks dirty. The staff does not speak English.
The staff cheated me extra 1000 yen for so called "late check-out" for 50mins. I have lived over tens of hotels never with such charges.
I am not sure whether such policy has clearly stated on the wed before booking.
