Excepté le responsable, l’accueil est à revoir. La jeune femme ne prend aucune initiative, elle sourit béatement. Ce n’était pas la stagiaire mais celle qui la formait !? La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et grandes. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait plus de 25°C dans la chambre pour une température extérieure de 28°C. Le bus de la navette stationne sous les fenêtres donc difficile de laisser ouvert. Il y avait un balcon mais pas de mobilier dessus. Il n’y a pas de quoi nettoyer les tasses et les verres. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et l’accueil y est excellent.

Tres propre, le personnnel du service tre gentil, par contre le lit n etait pas confortable a notre gout le matelas etait tres dur. La piscine est avec acces payant donc 10 euros par personne par jour. On avait choisit car on pensait avoit la piscine incluse pcq pour juste dormir on aurait paye qurlque chose de moins cher aux alentours.

Clean spacious rooms. Very friendly staff special thank you to Nimsara from reception and Yousef from restaurant for their welcoming and helpfulness.

The AC in the rooms did not work. The bathroom was missing the door to close in the shower area. The gym had all broken cables and ripped treadmill. The spa was 1/3 working here where the steam room was broken... I am not one to normally be negative but if someone is coming to Paris I would hate for someone to experience this when presented a Luxury Spa hotel experience.
