Thanks for the wonderful staff who made our stay a memorable one. They were beyond kind and helpful. I really want to thank them for their hospitality and kindness to me and my kids. Special shoutout to Khadijah who was one of the staff in the breakfast buffet. She was so attentive to all the details and made our breakfast time a great one.

At 11-30pm some construction work seemed to start on a floor above. On reporting to reception it still continued for over 30 minutes before ending. Sadly they didn’t ask at checkout how my stay was and no apology.

Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip. 24 hours room service is a plus. Breakfast buffet was excellent with numerous items and the kind staff in the breakfast area approached frequently to make sure we get everything. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Value for money. Great management. Aroop in morning breakfast very caring. Kajal in reception very helping leader. Above all general manager is very good. So obvious hitel stagf including concierge Sahid are reall good.
