Good location, room nice enough. Difficult check in and have been double charged by the property after paying via Expedia. Still waiting this to be resolved 3 days later.

As I checked in late no receptionist, but when I checked out no body at reception. The guy from the cafe told me just to leave everything on the reception desk, so I did and someone else did the same thing.

Friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Few minutes walk to the tram stop. Nice views to the streetscape and the city skyline. Loved our stay.
