No smoke alarm in my room. No hot water in shower. Terrible bed. Looks like it hasn't been updated in 50 years. No elevator on property. Really bad experience

I have no idea because we could check in! We arrived and reception was closed so we called and called the number but none answered so we had to find somewhere else to stay!!
