We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Lake Wales and they went above and beyond our needs. A very caring friendly staff and manager. Super clean room, great breakfast, and grind and brew coffee as a great perk!

The best part about our stay was that there were no surprises and no disappointments. Everything was just as you would want it to be. When daily cookies were being put out, just as my siblings and I were headed out to dinner, we were asked if we would like one...and, knowing that they would, most likely, be gone upon our return, we were allowed to put one each aside and as soon as we got back, we were presented with a plate of our saved cookies!! Very sweet and considerate....treated us like family.
